John Rotche, Co-Founder and President of DUCTZ International.

Prior to the development of DUCTZ, John bought a residential and commercial air duct cleaning company located in Ann Arbor, MI. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Operations Officer for the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts company in Michigan and Ohio. Prior to that, John served as Corporate Operations Director for Domino's Pizza located in Ann Arbor, MI.

John serves on the Education Committee for the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and is a frequent guest speaker at the NADCA Annual Conventions.

Also, John currently holds the following certifications and licenses:

• Mechanical Contractors License
• Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) Certification
• Ventilation System Mold Remediator (VSMR) Certification.

Tom Yacobellis, President of DUCTZ National Service Team

Tom has 25 years experience in the design, installation, and restoration of HVAC systems and 20 years specifically in the HVAC remediation industry.

Prior to becoming President of DUCTZ National Service Team, Tom was Founder and President of DUCTBUSTERS®. He was responsible for developing the largest independent network of licensed HVAC contractors dedicated to total HVAC system remediation.

Tom has worked extensively with the following organizations:

• Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)
• Florida Coalition On Healthy Indoor Environments
• National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA)
• American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)
• American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)

Linda "Woodie" Sayles, Vice President of Information Technology

Woodie brings almost 30 years of exprience with computers and information technology to DUCTZ.

She is currently a member of the National Webmasters Association, Association for Shareware Professionals, HTML Writers Guild and the Indoor Air Quality Association.

Greg Long, Senior Director of Operations, DUCTZ National Service Team

With over 33 years exprience in the field of building hygiene, Greg provides consulting, training and project management services for the DUCTZ National Service Team.

Greg was a founding member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), served on the board of directors and as President of the association. He has also served on the standards writing committee for fourteen years. Greg holds his ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialist) certification. Greg is a class A licensed air conditioning contractor in the state of Texas, license number TACLA013116E.

Greg is currently serving on the board of directors of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He also serves on committees with the association and is currently serving as its Treasurer. Greg is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), and also a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR).

Greg also served as chairman for the advisory council to Texas Tech University for their indoor air quality program. He holds a Certified Indoor Air Quality Technician certification from this university.

Tom Handyside, Director of Sales and Services

As Director of Sales and Services, Tom develops national and regional account relationships, prepares bids and quotations and supports DUCTZ owner commercial opportunities

Tom has a master's degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
