ANN ARBOR, MI, July 17, 2006 – DUCTZ International president John Rotche, formally announced the merger of DUCTZ with Ductbusters, the leader in indoor air quality systems.
The contract was signed Wednesday, June 28, at DUCTZ headquarters in Ann Arbor. DUCTZ founder, John Rotche, and Ductbusters CEO, Tom Yacobellis, will serve in dual-leadership roles in the new company.
