We would like to welcome our newest owner to the DUCTZ family!

Please meet Kam Rawala, owner of DUCTZ of Lower Mainland (British Columbia, Canada).

Kam has been interested in purchasing a service-based franchise for quite some time. Through his research, he discovered the great reputation of DUCTZ and the BELFOR family of brands. Kam was already familiar with BELFOR, the worldwide leader in the restoration industry. However, he was very excited to learn that DUCTZ was backed by such a large restoration company. After meeting the DUCTZ team in Ann Arbor and seeing the support our home office team will provide, Kam knew joining the DUCTZ family was the perfect fit for him and his business goals.

Kam is eager to open his new DUCTZ of Lower Mainland location in early October. In the next five years, Kam wants to see all five of his territories bringing in a consistent amount of business in commercial and residential work. Eventually, he would like to expand into commercial work with a fleet of 10 or more vehicles.

Kam is happily married and has two children. When he is not busy with work, he likes to stay active, spend as much time as possible with his family, and meet new people whenever given the chance.
