DUCTZ is much more thorough and cleaned every vent and duct as well as the air handlers on the 2 heat pumps. This involves work in the basement, two floors in the house and in the attic/crawl space. I think the cost is fair and reasonable. While it is a very noisy, dusty, and time consuming job, I am very happy with their work and all 3 of the people I interacted with were knowledgeable and hard working.
