The Delchester DUCTZ Team

Tommy Hoopsick owns two DUCTZ Franchises. He was homeschooled all his life and begin working in his parents asphalt company as a teenager. After he graduated high school he began working at a distribution center for Food Lion Grocery Stores. While working night shift at the warehouse, he would then work during the day with then current owner of DUCTZ of Richmond Southside Russell Dixon, or for his parents in the asphalt business. After Tommy began working for DUCTZ, Russell noticed his ambition, and started planning his offer for Tommy to purchase his franchise. At 19 years old Tommy became the youngest owner in History at the BELFOR Franchise Group. Tommy begin cold calling and building his franchise. It took a few years for things to pick up but in 2016 he really got the ball rolling. At the same time business was picking up Tommy was looking to expand. He met with the current owner of the DUCTZ location in Philadelphia and began the process of buying that location as well. The purchased was finalized in December 2016, Tommy worked with BELFOR Franchise Group to adjust the territory and location to better fit his needs. In the large market of Philadelphia Tommy and his team are busy growing the business and giving their customers the best experience possible. In his free time Tommy reads books to help him in business, attends self developed and networking events, and his always looking for the next opportunity.

Tony started with DUCTZ in March of 2019. Previously Tony worked for a Moving Company and a warehouse before that. Tony is planning to stay with DUCTZ for the long term and grow with the company.

Brendan joined DUCTZ in June of 2019. Brendan also is a lifeguard at the YMCA and enjoys fishing and the outdoors.

Clay is a Finance Major at West Chester University and a board member of the WCU Investment Club. Clay works with DUCTZ on weekends or when he is not at school. Clay also helps in the office and with marketing.

Matt Ollis has been with DUCTZ since 2017. Matt graduation from West Chester Christian School in West Chester, PA. Before joining DUCTZ he managed a warehouse operation in West Chester, PA. Matt met our owner Tommy at LA Fitness playing basketball. After a second meeting, Tommy asked Matt to join the team at DUCTZ and help build the company. Over the next couple of months Matt created an exit plan from the warehouse and in April 2017 he started his journey with the DUCTZ team. In his off time Matt enjoys training for American Ninja Warrior at Icore Fitness, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
