Tommy Hoopsick, Owner of DUCTZ of Richmond Southside and DUCTZ of Delchester Celebrates Being Named “DUCTZ 2021 CULTURE BUILDER”

ANN ARBOR, MI – BELFOR Franchise Group and DUCTZ 2022 Annual Convention in Tampa, FL brought franchisees together from nine of the eleven BELFOR Franchise Group Brands. Over 500 franchisees from the USA and Canada gathered to share best practices and methods, learn about new programs from each other and from the corporate team. During Awards Dinner on April 6, 2022 at Saddlebrook Resort, Tommy Hoopsick, franchise owner of DUCTZ of Richmond Southside in S. Chesterfield, VA and DUCTZ of Delchester in King of Prussia, PA was announced as the 2021 “DUCTZ Culture Builder of the Year” recipient. The DUCTZ Culture Builder award is one of the most prestigious awards since the award winner is nominated by DUCTZ franchise owner peers. The DUCTZ Culture Builder “exemplifies the values, spirit and beliefs of the DUCTZ brand.” Tommy Hoopsick started in the DUCTZ family as a technician, then purchase his first DUCTZ location in Richmond, VA when he was only 23 years old. Within 4 years, Tommy was launching his second DUCTZ location near Philadelphia, in King of Prussia. Both locations completed large projects in 2021 and assisted neighbor franchises with their large projects too. Tommy was joined in Tampa with his parents, Dave and Ann, who assist in operating the Richmond Southside location and two of his technicians, both of whom have been named DUCTZ Technicians of the Year in 2021 and 2022.

Tommy serves on the DUCTZ Franchise Advisory Council where he shares his beliefs in the brand, is always willing work with home office and neighbor franchisees.
