During Awards Dinner on April 6, 2022 at Saddlebrook Resort, John Falvey, franchise owner of DUCTZ of Long Island in Farmingdale, NY was announced as the DUCTZ 2021 Annual “FRANCHISEE OF THE YEAR” recipient. This is John Falvey’s second Franchisee of the Year award, being awarded as well in 2016. DUCTZ of Long Island has been a part of the DUCTZ network since 2008. John Falvey and his team at DUCTZ of Long Island had many awards and milestones to celebrate at the DUCTZ Annual Convention including Largest Comparable Sales Growth in 2021, Largest BELFOR Property Restoration project, a 2021 revenue milestone, recipient of the DUCTZ Big Hitter Award (largest project) and the DUCTZ 2021 Top Producer! The Long Island family business prides itself on teamwork, solid business relationships and hard work in order to celebrate their record year! John Falvey and his team were unable to attend the BELFOR Franchise Group and DUCTZ Annual Convention in Tampa because of a large project their team was responding to. In an acceptance speech video, John thanked his family and crew, the DUCTZ Home Office Staff and several neighbor DUCTZ offices who assisted as labor and equipment on recent large HVAC restoration projects. These offices include DUCTZ of North Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, DUCTZ of Delchester, DUCTZ of Richmond Southside and DUCTZ of the Metro East.
