DUCTZ Welcomes New Iowa Location, DUCTZ of Siouxland

DUCTZ is excited to welcome new owners, Justin and Taylor Truhe! The Truhes are bringing leading air duct cleaning and HVAC services to Iowa with the launch of a new location, DUCTZ of Siouxland. The husband and wife team opened the new location last month and are fully operating the business with assistance in day-to-day operations from their two technicians, Cody and Tate.

Justin has a background in restaurant management and sales and will be managing and operating DUCTZ of Siouxland full-time. Taylor works full-time for Iowa DHS and owns a local sports bar and grill with her husband. In their free time, the husband and wife team enjoy spending time with their two kids and hosting charitable events at their restaurant.

As the Truhes are already familiar with the day-to-day operations and countless responsibilities of owning and operating a business, they felt that now was the time to invest in another business opportunity. The couple was looking into potential new opportunities for over a year, but once they found DUCTZ they knew it would be a perfect fit. After learning more about the support from the DUCTZ team and the backing of BELFOR, they agreed that their area is in constant need of quality air duct cleaning and HVAC restoration services. Additionally, the repeat business model, the commercial and residential opportunities, and the high-profit margins drew the Truhes to the DUCTZ business opportunity.

Justin and Taylor are very excited to get started with their DUCTZ journey and continue helping people by offering services to those in need. The couple’s passion is giving back to their community in various ways. From Taylor’s rewarding experience working for Iowa’s DHS to Justin’s professional history of sales and service experiences, the couple is always looking for opportunities to help out and be part of their community however they can.
